1. What is virgin hair? Virgin hair is defined as hair that has not been permed, dyed colored, bleached, or chemically processed in any way. Virgin Hair is steamed processed to achieve different curl patterns such as deep wave, loose curly, etc.

2. What is raw hair? Raw Hair is hair that has NOT been chemically or steamed processed in any way. It comes in its most natural state. This is the highest quality of hair on the market.

3. What is so special about "In Style" hair? Both our virgin and raw hair collections are of superior quality. Our hair is collected from a single donor so the cuticles are intact and aligned in the same direction preventing tangling and shedding. We inspect all of our bundles before packaging and delivery to ensure we are sending nothing but the best to our clients.

4. Where does the hair come from? We source our hair from suppliers all over the world such as India, Cambodia, Vietnam and Burma.

5. In what color does the hair come? The hair comes in its natural color ranging from 1B to 4. Dark brown to light brown. You can always color it to your liking.

7. How many ounces of hair comes in a bundle? 3.5 ounces

8. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do.

9. How many bundles of hair do I need? Three bundles is necessary for a full head. For longer lengths and more volume, four to five bundles is recommended.

10. What is a lace closure? A lace closure is an additional hair piece in which single hairs are hand tied to the lace making it extremely delicate. The measurement is 4 x 4. This piece is placed on top of the braids to close off the sew-in. This is perfect for those who do not want to have any of their natural hair left out. 

11. What is a lace frontal? A lace frontal is very similar to the characteristics and  functions of the closure. However, the measurement  is 13 x 4 (ear to ear). Frontals have much more parting space than the closure, but also requires a lot more styling and maintenance. 

12. How long will the hair last? With proper care, the hair can last 1-2 years.

13. How do I take care of the hair? Use sulfate and paraben free shampoo when washing. Deep condition hair. Always air dry after washing. Apply no heavy oils, gels, or mousse to the hair. Argan Oil is suggested. Use heat protectant when applying heat. Do not cut the weft of the hair, this will cause extreme shedding. Detangle hair with fingers or wide tooth comb starting from the ends and work your way up. Braid or flexi-rod hair at nights and cover with satin bonnet or silk scarf. Take care of the hair as if it is your own.

14. Can I bleach the hair? Yes, but be sure to deep condition the hair bi-weekly and apply lightweight oils daily. Bleached hair needs extra TLC because adding chemicals to the hair will make it dry and brittle and eventually cause damage.

15. Can I go swimming? Yes, but be sure to wash the hair thoroughly after.
