Cancellations
We do not perform cancellations on any orders at this time. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us by 9PM Eastern Time on the day you placed the order so we can see if any changes can be made. The fastest way to contact us is by email: info@instyleboutiquehair.com.
Returns
Due to the nature of our business, all hair and mink lash purchases are finalNo returns or exchanges. All sales on digital products are also final. While our policies are firm, we will try to work with you in the event that your order is incorrect. If there are any problems or errors with your order, please contact us immediately by submitting the form in the Contact Us tab and we will be sure to get back to you within one business day. 
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process any orders on the weekend. For example, if you place an order Saturday night, we will begin to process the order on Monday. After your order has been processed, you will be sent another email containing your tracking number.
Shipping
For virgin hair, we estimate 3-5 business days for shipping to the contiguous 48 states, barring weather delays. For raw hair, we estimate 7 business days. For customized wigs, we estimate 5-8 business days. For mink lashes, we estimate 3 business days.  Please order a few days ahead if it is around the time of major holidays to avoid any delays in your package. All packages are delivered by USPS PRIORITY MAIL and must be signed for to be received. In the event that you do not receive your package, please contact the USPS (1800-275-8777) immediately and have your tracking number handy. Please shoot us an email as well so that we may be able to assist you. 
If you are a New York resident, you may qualify for same day delivery free of charge. We will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery time.
All international packages will be delivered by DHL.
If there are going to be any delays in your package on our end, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Shipping Delays
In Style Boutique & Hair processes and ships orders from our facility as fast as we can. However, we do not have any control over packages that are delayed due to severe weather conditions or state of emergencies, such as COVID-19. If you are experiencing any delays, please contact the USPS (1800-275-8777) immediately for the most updated information. 
Lost or Stolen Packages
In Style Boutique & Hair is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the USPS (1800-275-8777) immediately and have your tracking number handy. Please shoot us an email as well so that we may be able to help you with any additional information. 
Damages
In Style Boutique & Hair is not responsible for any damages that may originate from any bleaching, coloring or cutting errors done by a hairstylist or non-professional. We encourage you to follow the proper hair care instructions that comes with every order.
